Justin Halowaty, CPA,CMA – Chief Executive Officer, Tle’ Nax T’awei Inc.

Justin joined Tle’ Nax T’awei Group (TTG) in 2002.  As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Justin has been instrumental in working with the TTI Board to gain financial control over TTI’s longstanding investments.  Mr. Halowaty additionally, has led the successfully acquisition of all TTG businesses.  Justin’s role as C.E.O. of TTI, is instrumental in leading his senior management team towards greater success and further improvements in efficiency as the organization experiences its aggressive growth. Raised in Vancouver, Mr. Halowaty earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting from the University of British Columbia and received his CMA designation in 1999.


Desiree Balderas – Manager, Human Resources, Tle’ Nax T’awei Inc.

Desiree has been with the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group since 2005. She brings to her role with TTI, an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the human resources field. In addition to working as a fundamental part of the senior management team, Ms. Balderas is responsible for all personnel issues. She facilitates, and assists the entire TTG management team, in working through labor issues and mitigating risk or impact on the organization as a whole. Managing the benefits program, assessing labor needs and monitoring employee progress are all instrumental parts of Desiree’s responsibilities. Desiree’s role is invaluable to facilitate the continued success of this rapidly growing organization.


Will Johnson  – Manager of Administration, TTLP Beverage Divisions

Will is a lifelong Yukoner who has moved up from several positions to Manager of Admin for Beverage Divisions.


Kristine Gleave – General Manager, Okanagan Office Systems

Kristine has been with Okanagan Office Systems since 2007 where she started as a Sales Coordinator.  She became involved in many other aspects of the business and was promoted to Office Manager in 2010.  After many years with the company and playing a key role in the growth of the business she became General Manager in 2019.  Kristine brings over 17 years’ experience in office administration, project management, and customer relations.  She believes strongly that happy customers lead to overall business success, and credits the amazing group of people that she works with for making the company great.


Rick Ewen – General Manager, Fraser Valley Office Systems

Rick joined the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group early in 2008 as the General Manager for Kamloops Office Systems. In 2013 Rick moved to the role of General Manager of Okanagan Office Systems to help grow the business and community involvement in the Kelowna market. Then in 2020 he moved to the role of General Manager of Fraser Valley Office Systems.
Rick brings to the organization a vast knowledge of the office systems and business industry, having worked in many different roles in both sales and technical service. Focusing on growing the business and striving for incremental success in their local market, Rick’s enthusiasm and leadership is instrumental in ensuring his division’s continued growth.


Jeannie Jittler – General Manager, Kamloops Office Systems, Prince George Office Systems, Klondike Office Systems

Jeannie started with Kamloops Office Systems in 1994 as a temporary data entry clerk and was then hired on full-time performing various roles in each aspect of company operations including stationery, accounts, shipping/receiving and service. In 2001 Jeannie left for five years to raise two boys. She then started back at KOD in 2006 as purchaser, then Sales Coordinator and in 2013 was promoted to General Manager. Jeannie is now also  the General Manger of Price George Office systems and Klondike Office Systems.
Jeannie is driven by both the individual and team success of her staff. She strives to promote great customer relationships and a strong community presence.


Adam Leighton – Regional Sales Manager, Northern Beverage Divisions

Adam joined the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group in 2010 when Yellowknife Beverages first took over the Coca-Cola distribution contract in the Northwest Territories. His first position was as Account Manager, he was later promoted to Sales & Operations Manager and last year accepted the role as General Manager for Yellowknife Beverages. Adam’s previous experience in customer service and the hospitality industry along with his experience in, and passion for the Coca-Cola business has led him to success in the GM role.

Adam is responsible for all day to day functions of the Yellowknife Beverages Division, including generating sales, customer service, and managing a team of admin, sales staff and drivers.


Peter Karl – General Manager, Horst Precision Machine (HPM)

Peter started his career in the automotive industry in 1981, he became a Journeyman Auto Mechanic and eventually became a General Manager. In 2004 he joined HPM as an apprentice, becoming a Journeyman Machinist in 2008.  He was a Machinist when the Tle’Nax T’awei Group (TTG) purchased HPM in Oct of 2014, and in July of 2019 accepted the promotion to General Manager.

Peter’s experience and knowledge as a machinist and from his earlier role as a General Manager in the Auto industry has made his advancement to GM at HPM a great benefit for TTG. He has made vast improvements operationally in his role as GM which is key to the future success of Horst Precision Machine.

Peter is responsible for all day to day functions at HPM, including generating sales, customer service, and managing a team of admin, sales staff, machinists, fabricators and welders.


Les Arno – General Manager, Prince Albert Beverages

Les joined the Tle’Nax T’awei Group in June 2015 and immediately become immersed in the setup of our newest and largest Coca-Cola Distributor based in Prince Albert Saskatchewan servicing Northern Saskatchewan and Northern Manitoba. Les comes with almost 30 years’ experience with Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR) having worked in many areas of the beverage business including sales, distribution and warehousing.

While employed at CCR, Les also ran his distribution company servicing northern Saskatchewan which gives him vast experience in the territory he now supports.

Les has a strong understanding of what needs to be done to grow market share in his territory and the importance of operational efficiency in order to be successful.


Tara-Lynn Connelly – General Manager, General Waste Management

Tara-Lynn has been part of the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group since August of 2009. She was first hired as the Human Resources Assistant and moved to the Industrial division in 2010 as the Operations Assistant. Since then she has been promoted to Manager of Administration of General Waste, Yukon Water and Sunset Septic. In 2016 she was promoted again as the General Manager. Tara-Lynn is motivated in the growth of all services that her team provides while still ensuring customer service and safety are the top priorities.


Melanie Rodda – Administration Manager, Klondike Office Systems

Melanie joined the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group in 2008 as the Office Administrator for the Klondike Business Solutions division. In 2013 she moved to join TTLP Head Office to start a new adventure in finance, as a Finance Officer. She made her way back to Whitehorse in 2018 to continue her role at Klondike Business Solutions. She was promoted to Office Manager in October 2019, and then to Administration Manager in January 2021.

Melanie’s knowledge of both operations and finance helps her to better understand the business, as well as to support the administrative staff and sales team.
