Justin Halowaty, CMA – Chief Executive Officer, Tle’ Nax T’awei Inc.

Justin joined Tle’ Nax T’awei Group (TTG) in 2003.  As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Justin has been instrumental in working with the TTI Board to gain financial control over TTI’s longstanding investments.  Mr. Halowaty additionally, has led the successfully acquisition of all TTG businesses.  Justin’s role as C.E.O. of TTI, is instrumental in leading his senior management team towards greater success and further improvements in efficiency as the organization experiences its aggressive growth. Raised in Vancouver, Mr. Halowaty earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting from the University of British Columbia and received his CMA designation in 1999.


Desiree Balderas – Manager, Human Resources, Tle’ Nax T’awei Inc.

Desiree has been with the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group since 2005. She brings to her role with TTI, an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the human resources field. In addition to working as a fundamental part of the senior management team, Ms. Balderas is responsible for all personnel issues. She facilitates, and assists the entire TTG management team, in working through labor issues and mitigating risk or impact on the organization as a whole. Managing the benefits program, assessing labor needs and monitoring employee progress are all instrumental parts of Desiree’s responsibilities. Desiree’s role is invaluable to facilitate the continued success of this rapidly growing organization.


Kelly Kirby – General Manager, Whitehorse Beverages & Foods

Kelly joined the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group in Oct 2007 in the role of Sales and Service Manager. He brought with him a wealth of knowledge in the     beverage business. Prior to joining the TTG team, Kelly worked for over twenty years with our competition where he was responsible for all aspects of their beverage operation. In his new position Kelly is responsible for all day to day functions of the Whitehorse Beverage division.


Paul Scholz – General Manager, Klondike Business Solutions

Paul joined the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group in June 2006, and is responsible for the management of the recently merged Klondike Business Solutions (KBS) and New West Technologies operations (NTI). He has extensive experience in the sales of computer equipment and IT services and came to TTG with ten years of experience in the industry. His focus is in improving customer experiences and satisfaction; he is responsible for managing all aspects of KBS.


Clayton Hadley – Operations Manager, General Waste Management & Yukon Water Services

Clayton worked for General Waste Management for several years in the capacity as general foreman. He is a licensed heavy duty mechanic, enjoys maintaining all varieties of equipment and has a good understanding of the waste management business model. As Operations Manager, Clayton is responsible for all aspects of the operational side of GWM & YWS, from generating business, to customer satisfaction, to maintaining equipment. Clayton is also responsible for operations in Yukon Water Services & Sunset Septic Services.


Rick Ewen – General Manager, Okanagan Office Systems

Rick joined the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group early in 2008 as the General Manager for Kamloops Office Systems. In 2013 Rick moved to the role of General Manager of Okanagan Office Systems to help grow the business and community involvement in the Kelowna market.
Rick brings to the organization a vast knowledge of the office systems and business industry, having worked in many different roles in both sales and technical service. Focusing on growing the business and striving for incremental success in their local market, Rick’s enthusiasm and leadership is instrumental in ensuring his division’s continued growth.


Jeannie Jittler – General Manager, Kamloops Office Systems

Jeannie started with Kamloops Office Systems in 1994 as a temporary data entry clerk and was then hired on full-time performing various roles in each aspect of company operations including stationery, accounts, shipping/receiving and service. In 2001 Jeannie left for five years to raise two boys. She then started back at KOD in 2006 as purchaser, then Sales Coordinator and in 2013 was promoted to General Manager.
Jeannie is driven by both the individual and team success of her staff. She strives to promote great customer relationships and a strong community presence.


Caroline Browning-Kauffman – General Manager, Yellowknife Beverages

Caroline joined the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group in July 2010 in the role of Office Manager for Yellowknife Beverages. She has over 15 years’ experience in customer service and the hospitality industry. In July 2014, Caroline was promoted to General Manager and is now responsible for all day to day functions of the Yellowknife Beverages division, including generating sales, customer service, and promoting community support and involvement.


James (Jim) Dickie – General Manager, Horst Precision Machine & Hollins Industries

Prior to the Tle’Nax T’awei Group purchase in Oct of 2014, Jim was the owner/operator of both Horst Precision Machine Ltd (23 years) and Hollins Industries International Inc. (3 years).
Jim is a Journeyman Machinist with 30 years’ experience who started his career with an apprenticeship at the Ship yards in North Vancouver. He then moved to Kamloops and finished his apprenticeship with Westmark Engineering later moving on to Highland Valley Copper and then Finning Canada, before joining Horst Maier in starting Horst Precision Machine Ltd in 1991. In 2000 Jim bought out his retiring partner and took full control of company.
In Dec. 2010 Jim purchased Hollins Industries International Inc. with the sole purpose of expanding the fabrication side of HPM.
Jim’s role as General Manager of Horst Precision Machine & Hollins Industries is key to the success of these new TTG businesses, his experience and knowledge is a valuable addition to the TTG team.


Les Arno – General Manager, Prince Albert Beverages

Les joined the Tle’Nax T’awei Group in June 2015 and immediately become immersed in the setup of our newest and largest Coca-Cola Distributor based in Prince Albert Saskatchewan servicing Northern Saskatchewan and Northern Manitoba. Les comes with almost 30 years’ experience with Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR) having worked in many areas of the beverage business including sales, distribution and warehousing.

While employed at CCR, Les also ran his distribution company servicing northern Saskatchewan which gives him vast experience in the territory he now supports.

Les has a strong understanding of what needs to be done to grow market share in his territory and the importance of operational efficiency in order to be successful.
